Dispute Resolution Agreement to Arbitrate:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, the services provided under these Terms (including donations or mailing list subscriptions), or the specific interactions governed by this agreement will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.) and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) applicable at the time the dispute is filed. You and Align AI Foundation agree to arbitrate on an individual basis only—no class, collective, or representative actions are permitted. This waiver applies to all claims, including those under California law. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions: You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If a court finds any part of this waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void, and disputes will be resolved in court under the "General Terms" section. Location and Fees: Arbitration will occur in Los Angeles, California. Each party will pay its own attorneys' fees, but the arbitrator may award fees to the prevailing party if permitted by law. You may opt out within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing [info@alignai.org]. Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California.Limitation on Scope: This arbitration agreement applies only to disputes under this version of the Terms and does not extend to future agreements or unrelated claims.
